AgriToken is an innovative fintech solution that caters to the agriculture ecosystem, providing support to a wide range of stakeholders, including farmers, banks, lenders, investors, contract farming companies, overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), and citizens across the Philippines.

WHAt we do

AgriToken is focused on serving the needs of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), cooperatives, and contract farmers, who are our priority and immediate customer targets. However, due to initial organizational constraints, these institutions may face challenges in participating in the program. To address this, we employ marketing tools that are focused on educating domestic farmers and fishermen about our product. While changing social patterns and established preferences can be a concern, our advantage lies in our captured market of contract farming ARBs and cooperatives programs, allowing us to initiate and implement effective marketing efforts.

A digital wallet that enables users to store Agri Tokens, Agri Vouchers, fiat currencies and other digital assets and seamlessly exchange between fiat currencies and digital assets.

AgriXchange

The AgriXchange is envisioned to be a platform that facilitates commodity and futures exchange, not only limited to the Philippine currency, allowing industry stakeholders to hedge against fluctuations in basic commodities.

Our AGRIXCHANGE SOCIAL LENDING PLATFORM offers a cryptocurrency lending marketplace that aims to provide funding to the marginalized sectors of the economy, with a special focus on farmers. Our principal objective is to foster inclusive growth and revolutionize the financial lending industry by providing flexibility and solving the financing dilemma of farmers, as well as the unbanked and underbanked sectors of the Philippine economy.

Our E-Commerce Platform is a convenient marketplace that allows users to purchase products online and pay using Agri Tokens, offering contactless transactions. Users can transact with merchants who have partnered with our Company, whether they are local or foreign.

ANI E-WALLET (E-PITAKA)

A digital wallet that enables users to store Agri Tokens, Agri Vouchers, fiat currencies and other digital assets and seamlessly exchange between fiat currencies and digital assets.

With Agri Tokens in the ANI e-wallet, users are able to either participate in the AgriXchange, the Social Lending Platform and in the E-Commerce Platform through loan and sales transactions among others. Agri Vouchers, on the other hand, are digital vouchers that will enable the Agriculture Sector to participate in the ecosystem. The ANI E-Wallet (E-Pitaka) is the major user interface of the entire business of Agri Tokens, as it enables functionality of the cryptocurrency.

AgriXchange Virtual Currency Exchange

AgriXchange system is the First Infrastructural Platform of the Agri Token ecosystem.

At AgriXchange, we offer ready conversion of Agri Tokens to Philippine Pesos and other major fiat currencies, providing our users with instant liquidity. Once converted, funds are credited and made immediately accessible in users' e-wallets, which are linked to their respective ATM accounts. Moreover, AgriXchange has the capability to manage and sell consigned digital vouchers to third-party buyers such as contract farmers and investors, offering discounts depending on the type of agricultural product being contracted and the prevailing market interest rate. This feature allows AgriXchange to act as an agent for third-party buyers who seek some degree of control in the farmers' use of loan proceeds and predictability in earnings from their investments.

Chinese, Director and co-founder of AgriNurture, Inc. (ANI:PM) and Greenergy Holdings Inc. (GREEN:PM), is the General Manager of Grateful Strategic Marketing Consultants Co., Ltd, and Tong Shen Enterprises, which are both Taiwan based firms. He has a degree in B.S. Computer Science from Chiang Kai Shek College, Philippines and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the National Chengchi University in Taiwan. He has completed the Executive MBA program at the Xiamen University.

Filipino, serves as the Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer of Freshness First Pty. Ltd., Earthright Holdings, Inc., AgriNurture, Inc. (ANI:PM), Greenergy Holdings Inc. (GREEN:PM), including its subsidiaries and affiliates. He has served in these capacities since June 2013. Mr. Tan also currently serves as Chairman of BRB Digital Bank Inc. He served as an Officer of Citibank and Manulife Financial and was a Part-Time Lecturer in Economics at an international business school in Manila.

Swedish and Luxembourgish, non-executive director of AgriNurture Financials Luxembourg, has 25 years of international experience as a board member, investor, start-up founder, CEO, M&A expert, business developer, lobbyist, management consultant, and adviser to multinational tech corporations, SMEs, financial institutions, European Commission, growth businesses and start-ups across several industries in the US, Europe, Asia, Russia, and Central Asia.

Filipino, an Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate of the University of Santo Tomas and a Harvard FinTech certified professional. An experienced Telecom, Media and FinTech practitioner, with more than 20 years of local and international C Level experience on Business Operation and Technology. His corporate journey for an Indonesian operator, three (3) Philippine Telecom operators, a Broadband-IT company and the biggest Media company in the Philippines focused on business start-up, product and brand innovations.

A B.Com (Majors in Accountancy) from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada and MBA (Majors in Marketing) degree holder with over 25 years of professional working experience. He joined the AgriNurture Group in June 2012 as Finance and Administration Manager of Big Chill International and AgriNurture International Ltd. With a hands-on approach to management, Anup brings a wealth of understanding, knowledge and multinational experience. He has worked in and with a wide range of organizations ranging from financial institutions to I/NGO’s.
